81 Monsters is a meta card collecting game designed in just 3 weeks for the Building Virtual Worlds Festival. Each BVW student has a monster representation of themselves, which guests will collect by participating in festival events.

 

The cards use QR codes for guests to track and collect. As guests scan cards, their position on the leader board climbs, and they become eligible for prizes. The game was intended for guests to get to know the students and help understand the culture at the Entertainment Technology Center.
