At KlingStubbins our team developed a masterplan for a client overseas. This project is a housing tower consisting of 531 units of various types. The tower is raised on a plinth containing commercial properties as well as amenities for the housing tower. The project offers views over a river.

The Tower is one in a series of towers in development. The master plan required the coordination of parking, utilities, and public transit infrastructure. The program includes housing, a spa, a gym, daycare, and retail. Below grade parking is available for all tenants.
